Reservation Information
Reservations are required for all tours except motorized cable car and trolley tours. For more information please call (888) 428-6937 (within US) or fax (415) 274-5794.
Tour Departures
Day & Evening Tours
Depart from the Pier 41 Marine Terminal.
Cable Car Tours
Depart from Pier 39 and Pier 41 at Fisherman's Wharf.
Hotel pick-up is also provided by calling in advance for most tours.

San Francisco Ticket Locations
For your convenience, San Francisco Sightseeing / Gray Line tours are available from our ticket locations at Pier 41 and Pier 39. Reservations can be made with your hotel Concierge, Gift Shop, Front Desk or Bell Desk.
Free Pick Up and Return Shuttle
We free shuttle service from centrally located San Francisco hotels and motels. Please see your hotel agent or call San Francisco Sightseeing / Gray Line at (415) 434-8687 for your detailed pick up time. Please be punctual for your pick up time, but allow at least ten (10) minutes for possible traffic delays.
Please note: There is no hotel pick-up for Motorized Cable Car & Trolley Hop.
Lost & Found
Please be sure to check for personal items before exiting any vehicle. San Francisco Sightseeing / Gray Line is not responsible for any items left on our vehicles.
Courtesy at Tour Stops
During your tour, please check your watch at each stop and return to the bus promptly at the time advised to you by your driver. The tour bus must stay on schedule at all times and we do not want to leave without you!
Please note: In planning your day, please add approximately one hour to the total tour times noted in our brochure for hotel pick-up and return.
Suggested Attire
For day tours, casual, comfortable clothes and walking shoes are advised. For evening tours, warm clothing is suggested.
Tour Payment & Cancellations
San Francisco Sightseeing / Gray Line accepts cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diner's Club.
Cancellation fees may be charged for certain tours. Please check with your reservation agent.
All tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.
Refund requests must be in writing and received within 30 days of tour date.
Misc
The company is not responsible for any delays, change of schedules or cancellations resulting, directly or indirectly, from any act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, weather conditions and other conditions beyond the Company's control.
